Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Data Enrich OS platform. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Template notice: this document is a good-faith starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your jurisdiction before public launch.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind your organization.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and, in particular, you will not:

  • Scrape login-walled platforms, bypass access controls, or use evasion techniques (rotating proxies, CAPTCHA bypass, fake accounts).
  • Process personal data without a lawful basis, or ignore opt-out / Do-Not-Contact requests.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Upload data you do not have the right to process, or resell raw enrichment data in breach of provider terms.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party providers whose keys you enable.

3. The service

The platform enriches, verifies, deduplicates, and exports lead data with compliance controls. Live provider calls and outbound features are off by default and require explicit configuration. We may improve or change features over time.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Provider usage you enable with your own keys is billed by those providers directly.

5. Data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload and enrich. We process it to provide the service and do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. Enrichment and verification are best-effort and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for validating data before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

7. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
